I've been really bad at updating my journal consistently.  Maybe I should do a 'write in the journal once a week', or else I'll just forget to write in it at all.

I've been reading my friends page--so that's not a problem at all.  It's just updating that I forget to do because there's nothing exciting going on in my life (at the moment)and there's only so many updates I can make about school (finals are next week on Monday and I have all three of them on one day, one right after the other, starting at 8 AM and going until 3:30 PM, so next Monday will be fun.  The only trouble I face is TV and Skyrim--Skyrim especially.  When I procrastinate, I do so by playing games). Speaking of finals, I had one of those school dreams about the finals where you miss one (in the dream) and then you're all stressed/sad/upset because you accidentally missed one and you think it's the end of the world (when it really isn't).

I hate those school anxiety dreams.  They're no fun at all and my dreams are the kind that actually seem real (and sometimes are in color).

Anyway, to continue on that '100 Things' challenge I'll do post #3 regarding the second subject I love (remember I'm doing the 100 Things in groups of 10 :/ I'm thinking of just making a separate entry and organizing posts I make from there or else I'll just confuse myself in the end regarding which group and which number I'm on).

It's week 10.  It's the last day of the week.  Finals are Monday and I'm just looking forward to a short break.  Before I go back to school.

Yeah, I'm taking Russia at UCLA.  I figured that getting the language out of the way as fast as possible is better for me.  Because as much as I want to just take a break this summer I have to finish the Russian language sequence.  It was either that, or Cal State Long Beach, and I was probably going to be bored this summer, so, yeah, UCLA.

Which, you know, they filmed some of Buffy season 4 at UCLA so yay about that.  I get to see UC Sunnydale XD

OTOH, freeway driving?  Not one of my strengths.  IDK why.  I just get sort of freaked out on the freeway, but I'm doing better lately.  I've been driving to the local mall on my own on the freeway and so I figure if I could that I could get used to driving to UCLA.

(I think a part of it is a fear of getting lost and a fear of getting killed on the freeway.  The combination of those fears make me just afraid to get on the freeway in general.)

UCLA is about 1 hour away from my house (an estimate made by Mapquest).  Usually there's rush hour in the afternoon.  And I'm going to be driving the freeway.

I'm just hoping it's less stressful than driving down 17th Street in the afternoon/evening.
