There's an annoying bird chirping outside my window; can I shoot it?
Seriously, there is an annoying bird outside my window and it has this high chirping chirp that's just so annoying.  It's like an airy sort of chirp, like a 'i don't care i'm gonna chirp just to annoy kasey' sort of chirp...okay, I think it's gone.

All right, besides the annoying bird, everything is well.  I got addicted to a new show, The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.  It's like a western/sci-fi kind of show.  More western, little sci-fi.  It's like Firefly, except Firefly was more sci-fi, little western.  And guess what network The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. was on.  Come on, guess.

It was on Fox.  And, from what I read, it got cancelled.  It only lasted one whole season and then it was sacked by Fox.  Really makes you think; Fox was unkind back then (the show lasted one season, one full season) and then it got all Wolfram and Hart sort of mean, cancelling shows left and right, not even making the shows last one season themselves, but about thirteen or so episodes instead.  That, plus maybe Fox has a thing against westerns?  Possibly (seeing as how Fox also cancelled Firefly, also a sci-fi/western.)

Currently I'm reading Memoirs of a Geisha; it's so good so far.  My friend Khrystina recommended it to me, so I picked it up at Lake Tahoe and started reading it.  So far it's really good.  I like the whole ancient atmosphere of Japan.  Makes me want to live in Japan in the old times now.  I also finished A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams and it was so excellent.  So dramatic, even more than his other play, The Glass Menagerie.  In fact, I think it beats my love of The Glass Menagerie, although The Glass Menagerie will still have a place in my heart as being the first play of Tennessee Williams I ever read.

I picked up his other play, Cat on a Hot TIn Roof.  Hopefully that will be as good as the other plays I read.

I started writing a new piece of fanfiction.  It's a Blues Brothers fanfiction.  :) no I'm not obsessed what makes you think that?  Anyway, it's turning out really good.  All's I need is a good title for it and write more of it and then I'll probably post it in my fanfiction journal/fanfiction.net.

I so need a Blues Brothers icon.  I shall probably go and make one.  Right now.  So bye!

Oh, people, whatever you do, no matter how bored you are, do not, I repeat, do not, play Star Wars Lego.  Thank you.  (The game is so addictive.  Sure, I sort of miss Oblivion ('cause the big computer's all '...' meaning it's not working quite as well as it used to in June/July) but Star Wars Lego totally replaces the addiction.)
