Well, Aramis lives.  Yay.

(Got a new internal hard drive, ran into my cousin's husband at the store, which was a surprise, and really, small world, put the hard drive into the laptop, and it works perfectly fine.

Unless you count the fact that none of the drivers work and need to be reinstalled and the wireless Internet doesn't work or something like that.  IDK.  My brother's working on it.)

That entire post yesterday?  Just ignore.  Because I was being all melodramatic.  I always had faith in my laptop working again.  (Okay, I may have panicked yesterday night when it declared there was no bootable device and there was no hard disc.)

Anyway, yay! \o/ my laptop lives!

The one thing I can't get back: my Blues Brothers music video ;_; dude, I worked so hard on that video...and all my bookmarks for Firefox <.< all those Life on Mars fics I bookmarked...

basically, I'm annoyed at myself for, you know, not really saving everything, but I saved mostly kind of everything, so not everything was totally lost.

They were showing Star Trek (2009 version) on that TV they have when you're waiting in lines--anyway, they were showing that film today at Micro Center and I was all, 'Music.  Familiar music.  Star Trek?  Yay!' because I re-watched that film a few nights ago (I forgot entirely how awesome that film was) and this paragraph really doesn't have a point besides that I watched Star Trek again recently and was reminded of how awesome it was.

Okay, now I'm just rambling.  I guess I'll go knit.  Or watched something.  Or play Dragon Age.
