I'm at school with nothing to do except to just browse around on livejournal (and update). Today seems like one of those days where time just goes too slowly...that, plus I'm tired. And so time is going doubly slowly for me today. I just was waiting forever to get out of my geology class, and all I have left today is the geology lab (which I'm hoping I'll finish the lab pretty early, seeing as how it's a review lab).
I'm totally looking forward to spring break next week--I think I can use that week to catch up on any reading I have left to do (and any weeding my mom tells me to do for the backyard and frontyard). I'm pretty much not that stressed anymore...I'm trying to prioritize any reading I have to do, and just break it down in chunks that I do over the course of two days, not just one single day...and might I say that's helping me greatly? Of course, I think once tech week for Children of Eden comes then I'll be stressed again...and tired that week, now that I think about it...(I'm so anxious for that. It's less than a month before the musical starts and...yeah, I can't really believe it, but once it does get here then I'll start believing it).
Every time the musical is around the corner I start having anxiety dreams about it...heck, I can still remember what sort of dreams I had last year around the musical time, and they were pretty odd (one had an alligator that bit my hand that was owned by my grandparents...and I talked to Nick in my dream, this guy from choir I have a slight crush on. That was one of my most bizarre dreams I ever had probably).
Anyway, my weekend was good. I played hooky from church and choir on Sunday to go to the Supernatural convention in LA (which was beyond awesome. I want to do it again next year, but only on one day. I got the gold weekend package for this one. It was nice but...eh, wouldn't really do that again next year. Too much money spent, and while it may have been nice to not have to wait forever to get the autographs and stuff, next year I'll just go for one day. The photo op was the highlight of the day, probably. Still can't believe I did that...it was amazing. I just wish I had this remote control for life where I could rewind back to that minute and experience it all over again. That, and seeing Jesus Christ Superstar. That was also awesome).
Yeah...so that's what I did over the weekend. I'll probably post pictures up sometime this week or next when I'm not, you know, busy reading. Or studying for midterms. I have one in Intro to Theatre tomorrow, and a math test later on Thursday, as well as History of Film. Any other midterms I have, such as Geology Lab and the Shakespeare one, are after spring break, which I'm extremely grateful of.
I also bought a lot of things at the convention...and bid on a lot of stuff during the auction (some of which I didn't win, because my dad had a 'bid under $100, don't go over $100' sort of thing...which is smart, but still...you'd think people would bid higher on a massive Sam banner. No. They didn't. It went for $40. Which was cheap, compared to some of the other banners that went for over $100. So now I have this massive banner in my room, rolled up, on the floor, with absolutely no idea where to put it. I'll take a picture of it later on and post it here. It's just big...I think people went more for the Dean banners. Which is typical, I admit...but still, no one wanted the Sammy banner! So I got it, yay! *dances* ).
*groans* I really don't want to go to my geology lab class right now...*sighs* but I will.
