Book fair=small but still=love

The book fair at Foothill isn't as large as the one at CT (the middle school I went to.  Columbus Tustin), but it's still quite enjoyable.  I just love being around books.  It's so great to be around books written by learned scholars who think very, very deeply on subjects that, after you read their book, you think deeply about that book they wrote.

So far I got Wicked (yes, it's a book.  Alas, I haven't seen the musical yet...color me surprised, because I didn't know it was a book at first), Animal House by George Orwell (I've been told it was good, so I wanted to check it out), and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey(?).  I've also been told that book was good by a fellow student who likes Brave New World, so I figured if he liked that I would like One Flew Over etc.

So far I think I've spent more than thirty dollars (Wicked cost about $16; both Animal House and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, together, cost $17) but I'm still going back there tomorrow.  Probably to check out some more books, maybe some horror/fantasy.  There's the book that the show Bones is based off of, but I'm not that big a mystery fan to get a random mystery book.  I have my favorites (in the mystery genre).
