I haven't updated in a long time. Okay, so today I had a test in History. I think I did good on it. I mean, I did read notes that I took on the chapters during third period (it was reading day today. Basically, 30 minutes is given to us for reading, and 5 minutes are taken out from every class, so it's all good. I was able to read something on Crime Scene Detection Methods (you know, forensic science stuff. I'm too lazy to get up, though, pull the book out of my backpack and read the title) and I got to photographing a scene before the bell rang :( oh well).
Anyway, so I think I did good on the test. I have a test tomorrow in Chemistry, as well as a quiz in math.
Non-school related: Bravo started showing the episodes from season 6 of The West Wing. It was like a marathon yesterday and I was extremely happy. Although I wanted to watch Diagnosis Murder and The West Wing, couln't decide, and had to switch between the two during commercials while studying for history (which, for me, studying is writing. I get a sheet from the teacher with stuff that's supposed to be on the test, then I gather all my notes I took in class and from the book, and go on a two to three hour period where I do nothing except write down stuff that's supposed to be on the exam. I find that writing stuff down, for me, works and helps with me getting a...good...grade on the test.)
Anyway, what's up with Diagnosis Murder for me? Well, the other night mom happened to catch it when Dad was out, and I was in the living room with her, and so I watched it also. I enjoyed it, on the most part. Then I did research on it, watched it Monday night (or was it Sunday? I forgot...) and then realization hit me...'God, isn't Jesse cute?' It was more of a thinking thing, and then now I'm on a Jesse hype, looking for fics where Jesse gets hurt, 'cause when I like a character, I want them to get hurt. Although I'm too scared to write a fic where a favorite character of mine gets hurt--I'm way too wimpy for that.
(And can I mention that I had absolutely no idea that Dick Van Dyke was American? I think he faked a British accent so well for Mary Poppins, I'm just amazed that I was fooled so easily...hmmm...and the other night I thought Jesse bore some resemblence to Doyle, in the facial expressions part. But that's just me; maybe I'm in denial over Doyle's death still.)
