Finally it's Saturday...I'm so happy.

So, this morning apparently Black Cat was playing with a dead mouse (it looked so small and innocent.) So, Kelly tried to get the mouse away from the cat, failed, as the cat ran outside with the mouse in his mouth. I then went outside and tried to lure the cat to the cat food I placed in front of him, failed, as he too continued to play with the mouse, and so I went up deliberately to get the mouse away from him. A fact I now know: don't play Tug-a-War with a cat...they can hang on good if the want to. I, with my toy-picker-upper (or something that picks up stuff on the ground) tried to pull the mouse from the mouth of the cat, and failed, and he ran off, his brother close behind him. So I cornered him and finally got the mouse in a trash bag. Black Cat, needless to say, is now looking everywhere for the lost mouse :D I feel sorry for him.

The Grudge
Watching The Grudge with the cast commentry on makes it seem less scarier. Interesting...

this morning on the Sci-Fi channel Betelguise(?) was on...you know, the one with Michael Keaton?? Yeah...I was so happy, because just a minute ago Holes was on (which, in Holes, it has the person who plays Charlie on The West Wing. As a result, I was happy.) And then at 9 the movie The Glass Menagerie was on, which made me really happy, as I just absolutely loved that play. And, of course, last night the movie Of Mice and Men was on, but it was on a channel we don't get, so, alas, I couldn't watch it. I did like it thought (the book and movie, 'cause the movie has the guy who played Leutinent(?) Dan in Forrest Gump, which, in turn, stars Tom Hanks, who was wonderfull in Castaway...I wonder if we have that movie...)

Because I'm on an oldies track this week, I'm also listening to The Beatles which is pretty unusual...as I don't enjoy The Beatles, but, as I said, oldies music this week is for me...now where's The Who CD? I want to hear Roger Daltry's wonderfull voice...in season 6 of Highlander there's this wonderfull episode that's, for the whole episode, a flashback to when Fitz was still alive (I love most of them...Fitz and Amanda in the one episode The Stone of Scone--loved that one. In this episode of season 6, apparently Fitz dresses up in a suit of armor...can't wait to see it.) Also, in season 6, in one episode: Methos and Joe on a road trip. That'll be hilarious.

I'm still happy Bush won the election.

The song the Yellow Submarine is annoying, yet fun to listen to.

Last night while I watched my precious DVDs of The West Wing, there was this one episode where Toby said, "It's Fozzie Bear, not Fuzzy Bear." and the way he said it had me laughing out loud.
