I just finished this essay for English for tomorrow and I am so happy...I actually accomplished it...finishing it--nothing can go wrong tomorrow!!! Unless it rains again...

The essay was supposed to be about an object, and its significance to us...or me. So I chose my flute (my precious...) and its significance is that we actually won a Superior rating at the SCSBOA (don't ask what it is...it's Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association Festival.) A Superior is the highest rating a band can recieve, and only two schools in the Tustin Unified School District have ever won them (of course it's CT...Columbus Tustin rules, no matter what the Hewes kids may say!!)

I learned from my friend (who was in eighth grade while I was a freshman in high school) that they also won another Superior. So, CT Superiors: 3. Hewes/Currie/Utt Superiors: ?? (Did they win any??)

Conclusion: CT is obviously a more better middle school.

It's a shame Mr. Kollias went to work at Beckman High school, however. The kids at middle school in band are missing an awesome teacher, though I'm sure the current teacher can be good.
